3. Event Information

We make every effort to ensure event details are accurate but cannot guarantee availability or pricing. We reserve the right to update or cancel events without notice.

4. Ticket Purchases

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled outright. Ticket resale is at the buyer's own risk. Doors, dress code, and age policies posted on the flyer are enforced.

5. Conduct at Events

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose conduct disrupts the event or endangers other guests, at our sole discretion, without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to website use, event attendance, or text-message notifications.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — logos, flyers, photography, video — is owned by Saurel Celestin Events & Promotions or licensed to us, and may not be reused without written permission.
